Eloquent and witty. Well freshie, that's the way things go in the big U, well, at least in SMU. Everything's laced with a layer of sex and many worldly sinners like us actually appreciate such simple pleasures of the flesh. Morality might not matter to everyone as much as it does to you. Might not be your cup of tea, but yea, welcome to university life.

Hey oh my god, I am a SMU freshman and my camp is just around the corner.. after hearing its OBS style it really turned me off already and now after reading yout blog entry I just totally dread the upcoming camp. Sigh.

Hi Joel, you don't know me, I stumbled upon your blog through Google. Sorry to hear about your bad experience at the Freshman camp. Looks like the organizers succeeded in surprising everyone after all, even if it wasn't to the effect they intended =/

I actually found your blog through googling the words 'singapore management university christian fellowship freshmen orientation camp'. I'm part of the SMUCF and was just trying to see where the SMUCF blog would rank on google search. Apparently, your blog ranks higher =)
